Spain’s best city for quality of life – Vigo

Spain’s consumer watchdog the OCU has released the report on the 15 best cities in Spain when it comes to quality of life. Number one city on the list according to this report is Vigo in the northwest of Spain followed by Zaragoza and then Bilbao and you won’t be surprised to learn that the worst cities in Spain when it comes to quality of life are Madrid and Barcelona.
